Seeking a Care Coordinator to enhance the lives of ageing adults and their families in Ireland, working with a team of 4,000 CAREGivers.
Home Instead Roscommon office is looking for a Care Coordinator to join its Care department. The ideal candidate will possess a consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish collaborative working relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct care consultations with potential clients and family members
- Client/CAREGiver introductions with every new client and with every new CAREGiver
- Create and maintain client and responsible party records
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with clients, family members, colleagues, and CAREGivers
Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- One year experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry required
- Valid drivers license and access to a car
- Discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish collaborative working relationships
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare
