About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Supervisor to join our team at Connected Health IE. As a Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking spot checks with healthcare assistants to ensure the highest standards of care
- Conducting client reviews to evaluate the quality of care delivered
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Supporting and developing the care team to ensure excellence in care delivery
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others. You will have:
- A relevant health or social care background
- 1-2 years experience in homecare
- Full QQI Level 5 Major award in Healthcare Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
