Experienced Carpenter Foreman / Finishing Foreman required to oversee carpentry and finishing works on multiple sites in Limerick and Clare.
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and coordinate carpentry and finishing tasks, ensuring high-quality results and smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all carpentry and finishing works on-site
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is completed to the highest standard
- Perform finishing carpentry tasks across various sites in Limerick and Clare
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet all quality standards
- Collaborate closely with the site manager and team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, Finishing Foreman, or Finishing Carpenter
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites
