Experienced Carpenter Foreman / Finishing Foreman required to oversee and manage carpentry and finishing works on multiple sites in Limerick and Clare.
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team and ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all carpentry and finishing works on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure work is completed to the highest standard.
- Perform finishing carpentry tasks across various sites in Limerick and Clare.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet all quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the site manager and team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, Finishing Foreman, or Finishing Carpenter.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
