Job Description

Seeking a part-time cash office manager to oversee daily operations, maintain security, and ensure accurate financial records.

Main duties include:

  • Actively embodying Centra brand values: Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Based
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the cash office
  • Maintaining security measures and keeping valuables secure
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Reconciling daily cash and balancing floats
  • Conducting daily safe counts and preparing daily takings
  • Completing over and under reports and preparing quarterly stock information
  • Training employees on till and float management

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in a cash handling role
  • Excellent numerical and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm
  • 20 hours per week

Pay: €12.70 per hour
