The role involves developing category strategies, implementing business plans, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams in both Ireland and UK, and optimizing product portfolios to drive growth and profitability.
Develop category strategy to define a clear growth roadmap with a consumer first approach (product innovation, go to market strategy, activations platform) Anticipate consumer trends, competition & new regulations and how these fit into our growth strategy.
Define and execute innovation pipeline (concept, research and development) Report, track, learn & suggest improvements by analysing the impact on sales of marketing into brand plans.
Lead the commercial input for relevant existing brands and NPD in the stage gate and budgeting process, providing customer, category and shopper input into brand plans.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance, customer satisfaction, and success across the portfolio of initiatives Key Account Management Be the account specialist and manager of select key accounts in both Grocery & Pharmacy.
Work closely with the Sales Team and our Distributor to maximize ranging, availability on shelf and the implementation of our in-store animation and promotional plans.
