Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Catering Assistant for a secondary school in Galway, with a focus on preparing and serving meals to students.
Job Details:
- 26 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.15am – 2.15pm, with a half day every Friday
- Maternity Leave Cover position, commencing at the end of August
- Operating around the secondary school calendar
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta, and rice dishes
- Service of small break and lunch
- Clean down and maintenance of kitchen facilities
Requirements:
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Previous catering experience and knowledge of HACCP an advantage
