**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in catering or high-volume kitchen environments
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
- Authorization to work in Ireland
- Successful completion of Garda Vetting Process
- Two professional references covering the last five years of employment
- Strong spoken English capabilities
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary requirements and restrictions
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Ensure food is stored, labelled, and rotated properly to prevent spoilage and maintain quality
- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with established procedures
- Perform any other necessary duties within the kitchen and dining area to facilitate smooth service delivery to patients and staff
