Catering Business Manager - Facilities Management - Kinsale, Cork - 55,000 Euro's Plus excellent benefits. This company, a global player in the FM world, require a Catering Business Manager to be based at their world class client's site in Kinsale, Cork. The Catering Manager will be an astute, dynamic leader tasked with proactively ensuring, in a front-line, hands-on fashion, driving business growth and deliverance of general business of multiple catering operations and maintaining excellence in Facilities Management. An outstanding opportunity to become part of truly first-rate facilities and play an integral role in substantiating its operational excellence. Salary: 55,000 Euro's plus excellent benefits. Location: Kinsale, Cork Hours of work: 39 hour working week, Monday to Friday Main Responsibilities: Monitor performance and promote growth, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding business expectations. Prepare accurate financial information, track service performance against budget, and provide monthly reconciliations. Marketing through various means, maximising selling opportunities, and patronage and customer loyalty. Develop a team approach to enhance sales opportunities and embed a strong sales culture. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver services to the agreed contract standards. Comply with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations, actively championing a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff. The Ideal Candidate: Strong leadership skills with experience managing a large team in a Facilities Management/Building Services environment. Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving financial targets in retail/catering services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health and safety, hygiene, and ideally licensing requirements. Commercially astute.
