Job Description
As a Catering Manager at Sodexo, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a sales culture across multiple catering services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance and promote growth, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding business expectations.
- Prepare accurate financial information, track service performance against budget, and provide monthly reconciliations.
- Market through various means, maximizing selling opportunities, and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Develop a team approach to enhance sales opportunities and embed a strong sales culture.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver services to the agreed contract standards.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations, actively championing a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a large team.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving financial targets in retail services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety, hygiene, and ideally licensing requirements.
