Catering Business Manager role available in Kinsale, Cork, with a global player in the FM world.
This company requires a Catering Business Manager to drive business growth and deliver excellence in Facilities Management at their client's site.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience managing a large team in a Facilities Management/Building Services environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring performance and promoting growth to exceed business expectations.
- Preparing accurate financial information and providing monthly reconciliations.
- Marketing and maximising selling opportunities to increase customer loyalty.
- Developing a team approach to enhance sales opportunities and embed a strong sales culture.
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team to deliver services to agreed contract standards.
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a large team.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements.
- Commercially astute.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
Salary: €55,000 plus excellent benefits.
