**General Manager Wanted for High-Volume Restaurant**
A General Manager is sought for a high-volume restaurant location, responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
The ideal candidate will have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations, preferably in quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired.
The General Manager will lead a team of Department Managers, setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve Departments. The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.
