General Manager job at a high-volume restaurant location, responsible for running a profitable restaurant and meeting customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, and creates a plan to achieve them. They work with their leader to set restaurant goals and help Department Managers set their own goals, follow up on their progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments.

The ideal candidate has previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations, a background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail, and is at least 18 years old.
