Cell Culture Analyst role involves working with an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization in Carlow, performing routine cell culture maintenance, planning and overseeing cell culture activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
As a key member of the Quality Control team, you will be responsible for executing Good Manufacturing Practices (c GMP) in the performance of day-to-day activities and all applicable job functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cell culture maintenance and planning and overseeing cell culture activities.
- Develop, implement and maintain procedures that comply with appropriate regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned data processing and reviewing.
- Participate in laboratory management (equipment, stocks, cleaning).
- Peer review testing documentation and ensure data integrity compliance and QC Right First Time KPIs are achieved.
- Review, approve and trend test results.
- Participate in the laboratory aspects of OOS investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement, perform root cause analysis on system failures and substandard equipment performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a science-related discipline.
- 2 years prior related work in handling cell culture and cell culture methodologies preferably in a GMP Setting.
