Cell Culture Analyst Job In Leinster

We are seeking a highly skilled Cell Culture Analyst to join our team in Carlow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cell culture and laboratory management.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Performing routine cell culture maintenance and planning and overseeing cell culture activities.
• Developing, implementing and maintaining procedures that comply with regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring Quality Systems are adhered to on a daily basis and participating in laboratory management.
• Operating as part of the QC team, performing testing and laboratory duties, and participating in daily meetings.
• Peer reviewing testing documentation and ensuring data integrity and QC Right First Time KPIs are achieved.
• Participating in laboratory aspects of OOS investigations and leading/mentoring team members.
• Driving continuous improvement and performing root cause analysis to resolve machine and system issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a science-related discipline and have at least 2 years of prior experience in handling cell culture and cell culture methodologies in a GMP setting.
