Job Description

Empower customers through digital-first solutions and drive business growth as a Business Program Manager in the Small Medium and Corporate (SMC) organization at Microsoft.

This role is part of a globally led, digital-first scale organization aligned with partners, supporting customers in identifying and achieving their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling.

As a Business Program Manager, you will lead a team of Solution Assessment (SAS) Business Program Managers, providing expert advice and execution on available SMC Programs, using visualized data and insight to give customers confidence in their cloud migration decisions.

You will be responsible for driving Microsoft growth, achieving key performance indicators, and ensuring the best migration and modernization production and velocity through effective Cloud Strategy & Planning.

This role requires a customer-obsessed individual with a passion for digital-first solutions, who can lead teams to desired outcomes, understand customers, field, and partner needs, and demonstrate customer understanding.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field, extensive experience in program management, process management, and process improvement, and demonstrated people management experience.

Azure Fundamentals, Modern Workplace Fundamentals, or Security certification(s) are also required.

This role can be based in Greece or Ireland, and Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring for team members.
  • Ensure teams are executing effectively, reaching milestones, and aligning internal stakeholders to avoid assessment delay.
  • Drive Microsoft growth and achieve key performance indicators by analyzing multiple data inputs and driving strategic decision making.
  • Lead teams to desired outcomes, understanding customers, field, and partner needs during the pre-sales programs process.
  • Build a motion for delivering consistently excellent assessments and programs at scale and serve as a role model for how to deliver assessment results to customers at senior levels.
  • Reinforce cross-group collaboration with prioritization to ensure proper balance of demands.
  • Create a common or shared vision across a highly matrixed organization and coach others to orchestrate across a range of internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
