Job Description
Regional Support Manager for Centra Sales in Munster region, responsible for training and supporting retailers to execute brand plans and drive profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train and support retailers in executing brand plans to the highest standard.
- Work with Centra Regional Managers to develop the brand and drive profitable sales.
- Support retailers in new store openings, revamping stores, and underperforming stores.
- Deliver retail excellence and develop best practice procedures amongst stores.
- Support stores to enhance fresh food skills and maximize sales and profit in fresh food.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years retail experience in a store management position with a third-level qualification in Sales/Business or similar.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in Fresh Food departments.
- Experience in financial and people management as required.
- Experience working on retail projects as part of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Commercial acumen and value selling skills.
