Overview of the role The role of Centre Manager will manage all aspects of customer service and operations including administration, management of the student experience, compliance and logistics of the English language programmes for adults and juniors, seasonal programmes, school group travel, and work experience programmes, as well as contribute to product improvement and development.
You will be responsible for managing a team of people, including both front and back-office staff who are accountable for the overall management of the day-to-day activities of the Twin English Centre Dublin, from planning and preparation prior to arrival to programme delivery and customer service evaluation.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, as Centre Manager, your key KPI is ensuring we provide every student with a positive experience at Twin and achieving high quality customer feedback.
Management of all Dublin operations, including all group and individual travel logistics, accommodation, work experience and excursion programme in accordance with quotations and client requirements.
Customer management, liaising with international educational tour operators promoting the school and ensuring a smooth running of and positive experience for all students.
Management of the inspection process and for all company regulatory bodies audits to include GNIB, MEI, IEM & ACELs and financial audits in conjunction with the UK quality, academic and finance team.
Be available to work outside of regular working hours to prepare for inductions/school events as well as being on call.
Skills and experience Experience in a similar role in the EFL industry required (Essential) Experience in managing and motivating teams.
