We are looking to hire a new Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day running and development of our state-of-the-art gym in the Greenhills area. We offer gymnastics-based movement classes for children aged 18 months and above, focusing on social development and interaction. Role Description The Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and promotion of our Greenhills-based club. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Centre Manager will oversee the daily operations of the centre, manage staff, develop and implement programs, maintain facility cleanliness, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and promote the club to potential members. A brief outline is below: To act as the main point of contact for the Centre Develop close working relationships with all stakeholders and local community groups Management of all day-to-day onsite activity Support the General Manager in delivering projects to the highest quality, completed on time and within budget Implementation of the Olympian Gymnastics - Greenhills aims and objectives Assist with recruitment: interviewing, hiring and training new employees Market and actively promote the Centre in line with the Marketing Plan Management, motivating and development of staff Participate and conduct performance reviews Maintain appropriate filing systems and records Manage the Centres’ budgets to ensure income and expenditure are in line with targets Ensure classes and programmes are carried out to the highest of standards Implementation and reinforcement of the company's Health and Safety guidelines Liaise with different departments to ensure all resources are used effectively Attend various meetings for efficient communication across departments Organising weekly briefings with your Assistant Manager Ensure the ongoing successful management and financial viability of the business Ensure that the classes operate at full capacity Maintain confidentiality on all matters relating to Centre’s users Ensure that the building is maintained to the required standards Maintain and monitor security systems and alarms To maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all aspects of the business Other duties as required If you would be interested in applying for this position, please email lucas@olympiangymnastics.com with the subject ‘Application for Centre Manager position’.
