**CEO - SPADE Enterprise Centre & Shared Kitchen** **Job Summary:** Seeking a CEO to oversee the administrative, operational, financial, business, marketing, and customer service activities of a dynamic enterprise centre, fostering a supportive environment for growing businesses. **About SPADE Enterprise Centre:** SPADE Enterprise Centre offers a unique setting in the converted St. Paul's Church, providing flexible work spaces for start-up businesses. With over 35 years of experience, we foster a spirit of entrepreneurship by offering collaborative working environments, business supports, and impressive facilities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee administrative, operational, financial, business, marketing, and customer service activities * Ensure all relevant records are up to date and administrative processes work effectively * Maintain facilities and grounds of SPADE * Implement and train regulatory legislation, including health & safety, GDPR, and other policies * Report to and work closely with the Board of SPADE **Key Job Duties:** * Staff Management: + Recruit, select, orient, and train employees + Maintain a safe and secure environment + Develop personal growth opportunities * Strategy: + Establish and implement strategic goals with the Board + Gather business, financial, service, and operations information + Identify and evaluate trends and options * Finance: + Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements + Prepare an annual budget + Analyse variances and initiate corrective actions * Quality of Service and Best Practice: + Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards + Analyse and resolve quality and customer service problems + Identify trends and recommend system improvements * Proficiency in software: + Ensure the efficient running of the office + Develop and implement new administrative systems * Maintenance and Development: + Maintain the good and safe condition of the entire Enterprise Centre + Arrange for necessary repairs * Equality and Diversity: + Implement and promote equality and diversity policy + Review and update health and safety policies * Data Protection: + Ensure observance of data protection laws + Review and update policies * Professional Development: + Maintain professional and technical knowledge + Attend educational workshops and review professional publications * Social Media: + Manage social media * Licensee/Client Relationships: + Recruitment and letting to new licensees + Promote SPADE with key stakeholders + Maintenance and ensuring good relationships with licensees/tenants **Requirements:** * Excellent organisational and time-management skills * Analysis of MI and strong report writing skills * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly-used office packages * Good working knowledge and understanding of financial reports and accountancy procedures * Strong IT and system knowledge * Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure * Good teamworking skills and the confidence to lead and motivate a team * Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills * Attention to detail * Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads * Problem-solving approach to work * Project-management skills * Familiarity with legislation in the areas of employment, equality and diversity, and data protection **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * 22 days annual leave increasing with service * Work-Life Balance: 35-hour week with flexibility for you and the organisation * Inclusive Culture: diverse, collaborative, and supportive environment * Team Spirit: passionate, motivated professionals working together to make an impact
