**CEO - SPADE Enterprise Centre & Shared Kitchen** **Job Summary:** Seeking an experienced CEO to oversee the administrative, operational, financial, business, marketing, and customer service activities of a dynamic enterprise centre, promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in Dublin City. **About SPADE Enterprise Centre:** SPADE Enterprise Centre offers a supportive environment for growing businesses in the heart of Dublin City. With a unique setting in the converted St. Paul's Church, we provide flexible work spaces for start-up businesses that can grow with them. Our collaborative working environment and business supports, including mentorship and networking, foster a spirit of entrepreneurship. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee administrative, operational, financial, business, marketing, and customer service activities * Ensure all relevant records are up to date and administrative processes work effectively and efficiently * Maintain and develop staff complement by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees * Develop and implement strategic goals in collaboration with the Board * Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, and analysing variances * Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards * Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management * Maintain the good and safe condition of the entire Enterprise Centre, including the grounds and units * Implement and promote equality and diversity policy * Ensure data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data **Requirements:** * Excellent organisational and time-management skills * Analysis of MI and strong report writing skills * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel) and other commonly-used office packages * Good working knowledge and understanding of financial reports and accountancy procedures * Strong IT and system knowledge * Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure * Good teamworking skills and the confidence to lead and motivate a team * Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills * Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads * Problem-solving approach to work * Project-management skills * Familiarity with legislation in the areas of employment, equality and diversity, and data protection **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * 22 days annual leave increasing with service * Work-Life Balance: 35-hour week with flexibility for you and the organisation * Inclusive Culture: diverse, collaborative, and supportive environment that values creativity and innovation * Team Spirit: join a team of passionate, motivated professionals working together to make an impact
