ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will for part of the Executive team, playing a pivotal role in the management and strategic direction of the company. You will be relied upon for strong problem-solving skills and for bringing a positive energy and focus to the role, and maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

Some key areas of responsibility include:

• Financial Management: Oversee financial accounting, internal controls, corporate governance and audit processes. Responsible for accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Strategic Insights: Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to the executive team. Develop and monitor KPIs to enhance operational efficiency.
• FP&A & Treasury: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, manage treasury operations, and ensure tax compliance. Oversee fund accounting and investor reporting.
• Business Partnering: Partner with various internal departments, helping them achieve their objectives as well as working closely with any related companies.
• Systems: Develop robust systems, processes and controls to mitigate risk and strengthen the overall position of the company.
• Leadership: Develop, Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting growth mindsets.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Circa 10+ years of post-qualification experience, recognised accountancy body qualification.
• Experience in corporate finance, fund management, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability in Board-level interaction and team leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive mindset.
