Description: I am hiring for a n indigenous Irish company that is currently going through a period of hypergrowth, with ambitious plans to significantly grow the business over the next four years and are seeking to hire a tenured CFO to join their team. This is a pivotal role for the business and they require a professional with a track record of success, ideally with FMCG experience . Extensive experience scaling teams and motivating people . Provide solid leadership, making important decisions within a fast-paced environment . The Person: Minimum of 8 years at Manager level or above. At least 12 years PQE experience. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
