Seeking a strategic financial leader to shape the financial strategy and support continued growth of a rapidly expanding business specializing in delivering extraordinary travel experiences across 23 European destinations.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's growth ambitions, ensuring they remain ahead in a competitive market.
- Lead the optimization of accounting processes and software, ensuring robust financial systems are in place to support rapid expansion.
- Produce and analyze financial and management reports to provide valuable insights for executive decisions.
- Manage and mentor a dedicated accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Oversee tax compliance and collaborate with CPAs and legal teams across the US, Ireland, and Italy.
Requirements:
- A visionary financial leader with 8-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in a CFO role within a mid-sized business.
- Expertise in international accounting and taxation, particularly in Irish, American, and Italian regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software such as Xero.
- A proven track record of leading financial strategy in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- A self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
