Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Change Management & Communications Lead within UCD Organisational Change Management . This role will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of UCD Organisational Change Management Strategy (ECM)and leading the successful delivery of a portfolio of key strategic initiatives in support of the University's strategic ambitions and ultimately support the University achieve return on investment and benefits realisation of key strategic change programmes across technology, people and process, (ECM). The role reports to the UCD Organisational Change Manager. The Change Management and Communications lead plays a key role in ensuring that organisational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. The role holder focuses on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. Salary: 95 Snr Administrative Iv_) €67,984 - €107,940 per annum Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
