Job Description: A financial services company is seeking an experienced Senior IT Change Manager to lead the transformation of its IT landscape, focusing on simplifying and modernising internal systems to support strategic growth. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation and enhancement of IT systems to ensure scalability and adaptability for future business needs. Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the companys overall objectives, driving operational efficiency and business agility. Manage IT support services to minimise downtime and ensure rapid resolution of technical issues. Lead the selection and implementation of a new cloud-based ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes. Ensure robust data security measures are in place to protect both company and customer information. Collaborate with business units to translate their needs into functional requirements for the ERP system. Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective delivery of IT services and solutions. Lead and develop the internal IT team, equipping them to support current and future initiatives. Work closely with digital and product management teams to enhance customer-facing platforms by integrating them with internal systems. Experience Required: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management, with significant experience in ERP implementation. Proven track record in optimising IT systems to support business growth. Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex IT projects. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage change while overseeing ongoing operations. Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems and their business applications. Desirable Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems. Strong understanding of data security principles and best practices. Experience working in a financial services environment. Educational Requirements: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
