Seeking an experienced Change Management Professional to lead large-scale transformation programs and drive change within dynamic environments.

Our client, a leading retail organisation, is looking for an exceptional Manager of Change Management to support critical initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will report directly to the Head of Transformation and Change Management, driving key change management strategies for priority projects.

The role involves leading change management efforts for major initiatives such as restructurings, technology roll outs, and process improvements. You'll be responsible for creating and executing change strategies, establishing governance frameworks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication, training, and feedback mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to assess the impact of changes on stakeholders, manage communication strategies, and oversee change activities
  • Lead organisational change efforts, including:
    • Conducting change analysis and developing strategies
    • Performing risk and impact assessments
    • Driving end-user adoption for technology-driven projects
    • Measuring adoption rates and proficiency of new initiatives
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and detailed plans
  • Manage and oversee the revision of change plans and address any downstream effects

Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at managing leadership and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong executive presence with excellent influencing skills, even in environments where you may not directly control resources
  • Proven experience in project communication planning and practical implementation
  • 7+ years of experience in designing and executing change management strategies
  • Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders on highly visible change initiatives
  • Strategic and tactical thinking, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders
  • Change Management certification (preferred)
