The Role In this high-impact role, you will report directly to the Head of Transformation and Change Management, driving key change management strategies for priority projects. As a part of the Transformation Office, you will work on complex, cross-functional projects aligned with the company's long-term goals and transformation objectives. This role involves leading change management efforts for major initiatives such as restructurings, technology roll outs, and process improvements. You'll be responsible for creating and executing change strategies, establishing governance frameworks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication, training, and feedback mechanisms. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on communication strategies, leadership principles, and stakeholder management. Additionally, you will contribute to building a best-in-class change management practice within the organisation by sharing tools, templates, and mentorship with fellow team members.
