Responsibilities Lead change management efforts across key projects, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. Develop and execute change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives. Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels to facilitate alignment and buy-in for organisational changes. Identify potential risks and resistance, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes. Provide coaching and support to teams to embed changes within the business.Requirements 5+ years of experience in change management or transformation roles, ideally within telecoms or technology sectors. Strong understanding of change management frameworks. Bachelor's degree in Business, Organisational Development, or a related field. Proven ability to lead change in complex, fast-paced environments. Change management certification is desirable, experience may be considered in lieu.Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to navigate and manage change in a dynamic, evolving industry.
