About the Role

The German speaking Channel Account Manager will report to our VP of Global Channel Sales and MSP, focusing on building pipeline and channel revenue with existing channel partners and sourcing strategic new relationships.

  • Recruit and manage channel partners, including value-added resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and strategic software partners.
  • Act as a liaison between Keeper and assigned channel partners, communicating with German-speaking clients and building relationships with key sales and channel personnel.
  • Establish productive relationships with current and prospective channel partners, coordinating the involvement of Keeper personnel to meet partner performance objectives.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end-users in coordination with partner sales resources, meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct sales teams, ensuring partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements.
  • Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience.
  • Bilingual, native-level German and English fluency.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth via channel partners.
  • Good understanding of Partner Incentive programs and PRM tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Strong written/verbal communications skills.
  • Extremely motivated and goal-oriented.
