Customer Account Manager - Owner Operator/Convenience Channel - Homecare

Unilever is seeking a passionate and high-performing Customer Account Manager to develop and accelerate business in designated customers and Business Units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong and sustainable customer relationships
  • Negotiate effectively with customers to agree trade terms, trade funding, and counterparts
  • Develop and deliver customer strategic business plans for relevant categories
  • Manage promotional and non-promotional investments with customers
  • Work closely with Trading Executives to ensure administrative aspects of promotions are completed

Accountabilities:

  • Manage customer P&L for relevant categories and overall level of customer investment
  • Manage in-month performance vs forecast, working closely with CBMs and Customer Operations
  • Ensure customer is compliant with agreed trade terms
