Chartered Psychologist - CorkPAM Wellness is a division of PAM Group – an occupational health and wellbeing provider. This exciting new role will support the neurodiversity and disability support division as we seek to deliver new services to employees.PAM Wellness currently delivers a range of services and assessments to both the private and public sector and consumers. Those assessments include supporting employees/clients with disability (neurodiversity) in the workplace and independent students and individuals.Responsibilities:Reporting to the Director of PsychologyProviding a range of services to our clients to meet the needs of their neurodiverse employeesDelivery of Diagnostic AssessmentsDelivery of Vocational AssessmentsSupporting the build of our service offeringsWorking closely with members of our multidisciplinary teamWilling to work on ad hoc projectsAbout You:Chartered Occupational or Educational Psychologist or Clinical PsychologistRegistered with the Irish Psychological SocietyKnowledge of a range of Pan Disability/Specific Learning Difficulties/Neurodiverse conditions including Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, Dyscalculia, DCD/DyspraxiaKnowledge of and experience of using appropriate tests for assessing and diagnosing neurodiversityKnowledge of working with clients in an education and/or workplace settingExperience of delivering awareness training for neurodiversityOur Company Benefits Package:PAM Group believes in supporting its staff members and has supported a number of employees through further development courses.
