Chartered Quantity Surveyor Location: Dublin hybrid Salary: Negotiable Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and delivering high-quality services across a range of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for projects.
Oversee cost control, value engineering, and procurement processes.
Monitor contract progress and manage variations or changes in design.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and design teams.
Prepare detailed reports, valuations, and final accounts.
Requirements: Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent).
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and financial planning.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work on large-scale construction projects.
