As a Checkout Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Training and developing staff on checkout procedures and customer care
• Managing staff rosters and performance
• Monitoring security in and around the Checkout Area
• Ensuring efficient and courteous service to customers

Key skills and qualifications:

• Excellent customer focus and communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Previous retail experience, with supervisory or management experience ideal
