Job Description
- Train and develop staff on checkout procedures and customer care
- Manage staff rosters and performance
- Monitor security in and around the Checkout Area
- Ensure efficient and courteous service to customers
As part of the management team, ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as good organisational skills.
Previous retail experience is essential, with supervisory or management experience being highly desirable.
