Chef Wanted for Thai Restaurant in Dublin 2
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our team at Neon Asian Street Food in Dublin 2. Our restaurant serves authentic Asian street food, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for quality food and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head Chef and Customer Service staff to provide high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor and deliver the HACCP program for the kitchen, ensuring hygiene and quality regulations are met.
- Ensure regular and systematic cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience in a Thai restaurant or similar environment.
- Ability to follow recipes and offer input to management regarding new dishes.
- Ability to run the Pass, organizing orders and instructing the team in a controlled and timely manner.
- Experience and training in HACCP/Food Safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good level of English.
- Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to lead and train a team if necessary.
- Flexible and able to work as part of a team and individually.
- Passion for food, with a genuine interest and desire to learn about Thai cuisine.
