We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie for the Dublin Royal Convention Centre. The successful candidate will be smartly presented and will be English speaking. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not necessary. What you are responsible for: The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of food preparation and service while maintaining the highest quality of standards in the Kitchen. You will be responsible for working on your own and with a team to meet deadlines. You will be able to perform under pressure, self-motivated, creative in a fast-paced environment all with a commitment to quality. You will have a clear understanding of HACCP and kitchen hygiene and a strong work ethic.
