Compass Group Ireland seeks a skilled Chef to create exceptional food experiences on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality food that delights clients and customers
- Oversee and implement menu changes
- Identify opportunities to improve food services
- Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
- Maintain a positive brand image
- Monitor inventories and oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities
- Comply with food handling, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- Experience supervising a team
- Experience in a similar Chef role
- Food Hygiene certificate
- Flexible approach to working
