Job Description
The Chef II will ensure that the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are provided throughout our Home. Plan, direct, organise and manage the catering department service throughout the care home.
Requirements
- HACCP level 3. If out of date, training will be provided.
- Demonstrable experience as a chef II/Cook in a care home setting is advantageous
- Good standard of verbal and written English
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
