Chef Work Responsibilities Prepare all food items to order as requested within specified time limits. Wash and clean raw food products and set up for service. Adhere to waste management procedures Label all food items for food safety and shelf-life standards and following HACCP Guidelines. Comply with food safety and temperature standards. Ensuring the kitchen areas are kept clean and sanitised at all times Chef Work Requirements Previous strong experience with knowledge gained in a busy, high-volume kitchen FETAC/Culinary Qualifications are desirable Certification in HAACP Procedures (Training from Excel can be provided) Chef Work Benefits with Excel: Excellent pay rates Flexible schedule with plenty of hours available Working in a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting environment.
