Roles and Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with kitchen standards. Overseeing kitchen sections, ensuring food is prepped, cooked, and plated efficiently. Assisting in menu planning and working closely with kitchen teams to maintain quality. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to HACCP standards. Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or above in a fast-paced kitchen environment. HACCP and Manual Handling certifications are required; however, we can provide training if you don't have them. strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage kitchen sections independently.
