Excel Recruitment is seeking experienced Chefs De Partie or higher to join our team. This is the ideal role for chefs looking to take control of their work-life balance by tailoring their shifts to their availability. We have various locations in Dublin and surrounding areas to suit your needs ! Work scheduele: 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday. Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to kitchen standards. Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operation during service. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high food quality and presentation. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with HACCP standards. Requirements: Must be a Chef De Partie or higher, with experience in fast-paced kitchen environments. Good level of communication.
