Role Overview As our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be the driving force behind Medservs commercial strategy, ensuring that our business growth aligns with our long-term vision. This key leadership role involves overseeing all commercial operations including business development, marketing, client relations, leadership and managing key strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to identify new market opportunities, optimise revenue streams and strengthen our market position. Your expertise in building and executing commercial strategies, coupled with a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, will be critical in achieving Medservs ambitious growth objectives. Strategic Commercial Leadership: Develop and execute the companys commercial strategy aligned with ambitious business growth goals and market opportunities Define and drive the long-term vision to position Medserv as the market leader in billing and administrative solutions across Ireland and the UK Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and business development Set and achieve aggressive growth targets ensuring the company scales effectively while maintaining high service quality Coordinate commercial relationships and contracts with senior stakeholders of hospitals and insurers ensuring strong partnerships and contract compliance Business Development: Lead the charge in driving revenue growth by developing and executing innovative sales strategies that push boundaries and exceed targets Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, including market expansion, disruptive product launches and strategic partnerships that strengthen Medserv's market position Champion strategic alliances with healthcare providers, insurers and other key industry players, ensuring Medserv remains at the forefront of the healthcare management landscape Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends, seize emerging opportunities and ensure Medserv's offerings meet the evolving needs of the market Play a key role in refining Medserv's operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability and client satisfaction through forward-thinking business development initiatives Marketing: Craft and execute bold marketing strategies that align with Medserv's business goals, driving substantial growth and elevating the brand to new heights Lead the creation and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, social media and traditional channels, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong market presence Harness the power of data-driven insights to continuously optimise marketing performance, maximise ROI, and adapt strategies in real-time to achieve the best possible outcomes Elevate Medserv's brand through thought leadership, content marketing and innovative storytelling that resonates with target audiences and differentiates the company from competitors Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new features, services, and campaigns to market swiftly and effectively Explore new marketing technologies and trends, integrating them into the overall strategy to ensure Medserv remains at the cutting edge of the industry Leadership: Inspire and lead a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills, advance their careers and ensure they reach their full potential, contributing to the companys overall success Optimise resources effectively, ensuring the team is equipped with the right tools, training and support to achieve ambitious targets and deliver exceptional results Cultivate a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas, take initiative and drive positive change within the organisation Qualifications and Experience: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and manage a diverse team 10 years experience in commercial roles, preferably within Healthcare, Insurance or Medtech industries Experience and hands-on knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM Proven track record of leading and driving business growth achieving financial targets that assist with scaling operations and increasing market share Must have flexibility to travel frequently or as necessitated by key business deliverables Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making abilities Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills In-depth understanding of market dynamics, regulatory requirements and industry best practices in Ireland and the UK Proficiency in budget management, forecasting and operational optimisation Additional Information: All offers are subject to a valid work permit Some/light travel to other sites and offices required Hybrid role Role commences immediately
