Estimating Lead / Chief Estimator Our client is a large European Construction Group consisting of multiple integrated group companies involved in the turnkey delivery of Data Centres throughout Europe with further expansion into the US and the Middle East planned in the short term. They have recently opened a Dublin Office and where they intend to base several specialist departments including Estimating and Bid Management department for its European operations There offices will be based in the Docklands in the heart of the city. They are seeking a Lead Estimator or Estimating Director to lead their Estimating/Bid management function. Ideally you will have Data Center experience either with clients, project management or with a Main Contractor. Projects will be based in Mainland Europe so acknowledge of European Data Centre industry would also be expected. You will be involved at an initial stage in selecting and building a team of Mech/Elec and CSA estimators/ancillary bid positions to work under your direct control. This is a hugely important role for the company and they are very open to salary for a candidate they believe can deliver in this position. The role would suit either an existing Head of Estimation/Estimating Lead or somebody close to that level who wants to step up.
