Air Nav Ireland seeks a Chief Executive to drive its vision as a leading air navigation service provider, recognised for safety, innovation, sustainability and operational excellence. Air Nav Ireland is Ireland's new Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) following the restructuring of the Irish Aviation Authority. Launched on 1st May 2023, it provides air traffic management and related services in 451,000 km2 of airspace controlled by Ireland. This airspace is a crucial gateway for air traffic between Europe and North America. **Key Responsibilities:** • Drive the vision to be a leading air navigation service provider recognised for safety, innovation, sustainability and operational excellence • Develop Air Nav Ireland's broader commercial strategies • Lead and influence across a diverse stakeholder environment • Demonstrate a strong track record in senior management with significant experience in finance, strategy, innovation, change, commercial and corporate governance **Ideal Candidate:** • Strong track record in senior management with significant experience in leading and influencing across a diverse stakeholder environment • Extensive experience across areas such as finance, strategy, innovation, change, commercial and corporate governance • Knowledge and understanding of the aviation industry and/or another regulated safety critical sector **About Air Nav Ireland:** Air Nav Ireland employs over 650 staff across its business divisions – air traffic control, safety, technical services and corporate functions.
