Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Osborne Executive Search are working in an exclusive partnership with a Global organization within the Mobility Sector who seek to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO)for their scaling Irish Company. This executive role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a key player in the sector, focusing on innovative services and solutions. The CEO will be responsible for driving overall performance and profitability, working closely with the executive team and shareholders to develop and execute strategic plans for growth. Key Responsibilities: Define, implement, and refine the companys strategy, business plan, budget, and operational procedures. Oversee financial management, collaborating with the CFO to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Provide comprehensive reports to the Board of Directors on business performance and financial health. Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, focusing on turnover, EBITDA, and cash flow optimization. Align strategically with public authorities and other stakeholders to achieve business goals. Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, and other agreements. Foster continuous business improvement and innovation. Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance culture within the company. Act as a key advisor on contracts, negotiations, and business development opportunities. Education & Qualifications: University degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Experience & Skills: Minimum of 10-15 years in executive management roles. Proven track record in managing P&L and leading cross-disciplinary teams. Experience in working with public authorities and handling commercial negotiations. Strong background in shareholder relations. Experience in the Mobility, Utilities, or Engineering sectors is highly desirable.
