Job Title: CEO - Heat Pumps/Solar/Retrofit/Mech ElecA fast-growing company (>€100m revenues & solid profitability) is seeking a credible and experienced CEO to lead to drive operational excellence and to deliver on the company's ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 500+ staff and oversee all aspects of the company's operations- Drive growth to achieve >€250m in revenue and >€30m in profits- Utilise strong EQ to build relationships with stakeholders and drive integration efforts- Ensure hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, with a focus on operational excellence- Leverage a Mech/Elec background to drive technical expertise across the organizationRequirements:- Proven experience as a CEO, COO or in a similar executive leadership role in renewables, utilities, mech/elec.- Strong track record in driving revenue growth and achieving KPIs- Experience leading a multi-site business- Strong EQ and ability to build relationships with stakeholders- Previous experience with integrating newly acquired businessesThis is an exciting opportunity for a credible, experienced CEO to lead a growing company in an attractive market and drive operational excellence.
