Chief Executive Officer
- 1.0WTE (35 hours)
- Salary: CEO Band SC2 Social Care (€94,994 - €101,689)
- Based in Harold's Cross
The Chief Executive Officer will be accountable to the Board of Directors for the effective and efficient functioning of Our Lady's Hospice & Care Services (Harold's Cross, Blackrock, and Wicklow). The post holder will realize the aims of the Board regarding the strategic direction of the organization and the provision of high-level patient care through the development and implementation of appropriate policies and plans and the most efficient use of resources. The post holder will act within the policy, financial, governance, and other limits set by the Board.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience at senior management level
- Significant demonstrable experience of clinical and corporate governance
- A strong record of achievement and expertise at strategic level in Senior Management Practice
- Extensive experience in the management of significant financial budgets
- Successful track record of delivering major changes programs
