The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and has eight direct reports, including full-time and part-time staff.The CEO's principal responsibilities include developing and executing the strategic vision of the Limerick Chamber, managing the Chamber's operations, acting as the primary spokesperson, advocating for the Chamber Member’s interests, optimising funding, expanding membership services, and supervising key Chamber projects and initiatives.The key capabilities required for this role include a minimum degree level qualification, senior management experience in a relevant business, strong people and change management experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of achievement and innovation.
