Job Description
The successful candidate must be FCA qualified and be prepared to make this position the formative career investment of an already successful corporate finance professional. Must be prepared to take our energy company public by 2027, with personal share options; we expect the candidate to become financially secure for the rest of their career by that time.Corporate finance experience with capital markets and structured finance is a must, with experience in the electricity industry being a distinct advantage. A background with a recognised international corporate financial services practice, managerial experience, and board level participation experience is required. A high level of communication skills is necessary. Knowledge of AI, corporate IT systems, and online payments would also be an advantage.The right package for the successful candidate will be made available.We are an Enterprise Ireland backed company within the electricity utility and generation sector.
